Our Lake Norman clinic is at 20830 Torrence Chapel Rd, Suite 202, Cornelius, NC 28031 — a standalone clinic just off I-77, convenient to Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Mooresville, and Denver.

Our Lake Norman clinic offers Functional Manual Therapy®, dry needling, vestibular/vertigo rehabilitation, GLP-1 support, vagus nerve dysfunction treatment, and hypermobility treatment. Looking for therapeutic Pilates, therapeutic yoga, pelvic floor therapy, golf performance PT, or mastectomy/lumpectomy recovery? Those specialties are offered at our Midtown clinic.

No. North Carolina is a full direct-access state, so you don’t need a physician referral to start physical therapy — unless your insurance specifically requires one for reimbursement.

We’re an out-of-network provider at all of our locations, including Midtown. This model lets us spend a full hour one-on-one with each client rather than splitting time across multiple patients. We’re happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows it.

Every session is one-on-one for a full hour, giving your therapist time to thoroughly assess and treat your specific problem.

Comfortable clothing that allows for movement and a clear postural/movement assessment. We recommend avoiding overly baggy clothing.

Yes, on-site parking is available at our Torrence Chapel Rd location. You will enter into the Shops on the Green parking lot. You make park in any available spot in this lot. The Alexander Building is located to the right when you enter and the entrance is on the far side of the building. We are in Suite 202.

Yes — our Lake Norman clinic offers physical therapy support for individuals on GLP-1 medications, helping preserve strength, movement confidence, and joint health during and after treatment.

We treat all of the conditions listed on our Common Conditions We Treat page, including neck, shoulder, hip, mid-back, SI joint, lower back, knee, and foot/ankle pain, along with chronic pain — using a whole-body, hands-on based approach.
