Our Midtown clinic is at 1300 Baxter St, Suite 361, Charlotte, NC 28204, at the corner of Kings Dr. and Baxter St., convenient to Uptown, Myers Park, Dilworth, Eastover, Elizabeth, Chantilly, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, Cotswold, and South Park.

Our Midtown clinic offers the full range of our services: Functional Manual Therapy®, dry needling, myofascial release, vestibular/vertigo rehabilitation, therapeutic Pilates, therapeutic yoga, and pelvic floor therapy, along with specialty programs including GLP-1 support, mastectomy/lumpectomy recovery, vagus nerve dysfunction treatment, golf performance PT, pregnancy and postpartum care, and hypermobility treatment.

No. North Carolina is a full direct-access state, so you don’t need a physician referral to start physical therapy — unless your insurance specifically requires one for reimbursement.

We’re an out-of-network provider at all of our locations, including Midtown. This model lets us spend a full hour one-on-one with each client rather than splitting time across multiple patients. We’re happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows it.

Every session is one-on-one for a full hour, giving your therapist time to thoroughly assess and treat your specific problem.

Comfortable clothing that allows for movement and a clear postural/movement assessment. We recommend avoiding overly baggy clothing.

Yes — there’s surface parking available at our Baxter St location, along with an easily accessible two-level parking deck connected to the surface lot.

Yes — both are offered at our Midtown location, combining manual therapy with reformer-based movement and pelvic floor–specific care.

We treat all of the conditions listed on our Common Conditions We Treat page, including neck, shoulder, hip, mid-back, SI joint, lower back, knee, and foot/ankle pain, along with chronic pain — using a whole-body, hands-on approach.
